Very unprofessional service provided. I’ve been a customer for a number of years. I usually do take out. A year ago I moved 20mins away. I place the same order every time. This last visit the order was basically plain dry Mie fun noodles with chicken. Very disappointed with dish and service. I spoke with a young women about the situation. After talking with the cook she said, I’m sorry I don’t know what to tell you. I offered to drive 20mins at 9pm to do an exchange and she said they could not help me. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Outrageous and unacceptable. Just plain rude. Shows just how much they value their customers.

We ate here a couple of times a month. Love the food. In all the year's of eating there I never used the restroom. OMG! There was wet toilet paper floating in flooded stalls. This was before we sat down. I did not eat. I don't get grossed out easily, but this was bad! What was worse? When I informed the woman at front desk, they said it was okay, they knew about! How do you allow customer's in a bathroom with feces and urine, along with clumps of toilet paper floating around and leave that bathroom open? We have not been back since and that was in May.

Very unsatisfied with the food... noodles were hard, chicken meat was yellow...talked to the manager and they were refusing to give us a discount....she said that it was the lunch buffet ...it does not matter if it's lunch or dinner...the food should always be fresh no matter what....i will not be returning again and will not recommend to any of my family and friends

I placed an order around 7:30, 5/24/15. My delivery arrived about 8:20pm. I ordered chicken and broccoli and I thought it came with rice but wasn't sure. When I found out it did. I talked to a manager that was really rude n unprofessional. He offered to bring me rice but I advise him that I have to do inventory at 6 AM and I'm going to bed. I didn't want to make a big fuss bout this but I thought this manager was rude and not handle it responsibly. I'm a manager for a restaurant and the way he talked me would not be allowed or acceptable. I really like your food but The disrespect I've got tonight I will not be returning there again. I just can't believe how this manager just talked to me.

Jades Garden's food is pretty alright but the only thing that sucks is the service. Depending on who is serving some service ladies is very rude. They ignore you and when ask for refill they would bluntly say "yes can you wait" or they would just throw your straws on the table instead of placing it on the table. But don't get me wrong the food is pretty alright though. You want good food, go eat the chinese food in the city. More variety and tastes better.?
